When notifed of this, he promised to make reparation.
When payment was not forthcoming,
he was notified again and has not responded to additional requests for payment.

This person presented a check for an ad for a company she represents - the "Cookie Cutter".
Her ad began immediately and approximately four weeks later the check was returned for insufficient
funds. When notifed of this, on several occassions she promised to make reparation. When payment was not forthcoming,
she was notified again and has not responded to additional requests for payment.

additional requests for payment. She has apparently been involved in numerous questionable
activites
